Q. Will the SCUFFLESS® mat prevent scuffs on suede shoes?
A. No. Only on most leathers.

Q. What types of leathers were tested?
A. Three (3) types of leather were tested. One was the type that 60% of all shoes are made from. Another was one that very expensive shoes are made from and the third was the type less expensive shoes are made from.

Q. What colors do the floormats come in?
A. The main colors will always be black, grey and burgundy. Will add colors in the future.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Full refund minus S/H charges within 30 days of receipt. Return to address on Contact Us page.

Q. Any special cleaning procedures?
A. No. Just clean as you would a regular floormat.

Q. What types of payment do you accept?
A. All major credit cards. Money orders are acceptable. Checks must clear the bank before floormat is shipped.

Q. How is floormat shipped?
A. Via FedEx. Must have physical address-no POB. Also USPS if so designated.

Q. How long before mat is shipped?
A. Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, unless paid by check. See above regarding checks.
