Q. Will the SCUFFLESS™ mat prevent scuffs on suede shoes?
A. No. Only on most leathers.

Q. What types of leathers were tested?
A. Three (3) types of leather were tested. One was the type that 60% of all shoes are made from. Another was one that very expensive shoes are made from and the third was the type less expensive shoes are made from.

Q. What colors do the floormats come in?
A. Black will be the main color. Other colors coming soon.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. If you are not satisfied with your product you can return it for a full refund within 30 days.

• Mat must not be damaged and/or used to prevent resale.
• You must contact us to request an RMA number for all returns.
• All return costs are to be paid by the customer.
  (Note: It is strongly recommended that returns are sent insured and trackable! L+ME is not responsible for lost or unreceived returns and no refunds will be issued.
• Returns must be sent to the address on the Contact Us page.

Q. Any special cleaning procedures?
A. No. Just vacuum ONLY as you would a regular floormat.

Q. What types of payment do you accept?
A. All Payments are processed through PayPal. They accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and e-checks.

Q. How is my order shipped?
A. Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or UPS depending on volume and location. In either case you MUST have a physical address (NO PO Boxes).

Q. How long before my order is shipped?
A. We strive to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. Depending on your loccation orders can take up to 10 business days to arrive so please be patient. (Note: If payment is made by e-check, order will not be shipped until payment clears)

Q. Do you ship Internationally?
A. Yes, however at this time only US residents can order online. If you live outside the US please contact us with the number of SCUFFLESS™ mats you would like to purchase and we will get back to you with the S/H rates for your country.

Q. What is Shipping/Handling Fee?
A. The price of your SCUFFLESS™ mat includes FREE S/H (within the contiguous US).

Q. Do I have to pay sales tax?
A. Only on orders in the state of WV (6%).

Q. Do you offer volume discounts?
A. We do offer discounted pricing on purchases of 10 or more SCUFFLESS™ mats. Please contact us for details.

Q. Do you work with Vendors?
A. L+ME welcomes all vendors including distributors and car dealerships. Please contact us directly for discounted prices and terms.
